A non-refundable deposit of 60% of the total quoted project cost is required to reserve your project and commence work. The initial deposit is refundable only if the Client submits a written cancellation request within 24 hours of making the first payment and before any work has commenced. If work has commenced at any time, including within the initial 24-hour period, the deposit shall become non-refundable.
If you request any extra work after we’ve started development, it’ll be billed separately.
Costs related to domain registration, web hosting, and routine website upkeep are not part of this service agreement. If needed, we can offer tailored pricing for domain and hosting services, as well as ongoing maintenance plans.
If the client fails to fulfill their payment obligations on time, the provider reserves the right to cancel any services still under its control. Once cancelled, these services cannot be reinstated, regardless of whether the outstanding payment relates to the cancelled services or other previously provided services.
